Great company always happy to come and take a look. We have used them for dishwasher, over, washing machine and dryer issues and each time they have resolved the issue quickly and at a good price. The engineers they send (older chap and younger lady) are both personable, polite and skilled; would recommend to anyone.

I called Abbey Electrical yesterday to ask them to look at our washing machine and spoke to a very helpful lady called Melanie, they came today and as suspected it’s past the point of repair, zero charge. I took the decision to buy one from them which after a few calls with Melanie has been delivered this afternoon, the same day. The lady and gent who delivered were brilliant, exceptional service all round, this is something you never get with the High-street brands, it’s not always about price, for me service is key and without hesitation I will always buy from Abbey Electrical and support local. Keep up the good work, you are a real asset to Knaresborough.

Hoover went in for repair. Was broken during the process and couldn't be fixed due to their error. There was no communication in over 4 months. An unsatisfactory replacement, much cheaper model, was useless. Made carpets dirtier
