Tommy did all the electrics in our holiday let in Bridlington that needed total refurbishment. Rewiring the kitchen, smoke alarms, emergency lighting, even fitting new fuse boxes. He had no issue coming back to sort problems when they occurred. Nothing was too much trouble.

Disapointing, arrived as expected, early january to carry out repair and intsall 2 sets of lights. Agreed on a certificate aswell for a set price. 1st off walked through house with mud on boots, carpets which we'd never walked on with shoes. Installed one set of lights and said would be back in 1 to 2 weeks as quiet. At this point i paid in full. Managed to get him back 3 months later to fit 2nd set of lights. On that same day he started to install a front light, whilst his apprentice fitted other lights.front light not completed as we didnt want it directly above the door, but brick face smashed from rushing drill through and was due to come back 2 weeks later. Confirmed twice and never showed up, wasted day. Wont answer msgs or calls. And no sign of any certificate.

Tom Green of ADS Electrical Services provided an excellent service when doing an EICR for us. Tom was extremely professional, calm and polite throughout. We have already booked his services for PAT testing.

I called this company on Saturday evening to be told someone could come out to me on Sunday morning at 9am. I forwarded my address to the young man named Tom who never acknowledged my text. I sat with guests who are staying at my home with no heating until 9.30 am. I tried to call and text the same number several times with no response. After 2 hours I managed to luckily get an electrician to come out to us. Please think twice if you decide to use this company as the level of responsiveness is appalling not to mention rude keeping someone waiting without an explanation as to why they were a no show. The only reason I have given 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me leave a review otherwise.
