Called wanting work done and was met with what sounded like an exhausted 60 year old man who didn’t have the time of day for my questions. Huffing and puffing, had to repeat myself 3 times because he kept trying to talk over me and then needing me to re-explain what the problem was. To where it seemed like without notice he gave up trying to listen to me and just shoved me off to once of his colleagues who was new to the scenario and I wasnt going to sit there another 10 mins explaining what I’d just explained to the other person. I I don’t know what kind of effect this kind of attitude would have on the performance of their work but luckily for me I’ll never have to know. If you don’t want to go to work then don’t but don’t make it my fault when I call to give you business.

If I could do less stars I would, Do NOT recommend this place. Bunch of scammers and so rude from the beginning. I've not used this place before but had to take my vehicle in due to the boot opening when unlocking the car. Booked in for the guy to have a look, took the vehicle and was not made aware we would have to leave it, 3 hours later we are informed he needs to send off for more information and need to wait. We hear back a few days later and take the vehicle back yet again and he says he needs a part which he is going to collect, apparently he was unaware this was the wrong part until he got to the shop 🤔 you know being a professional auto electrician and all... So nothing can be done until he's sent off for the correct part. So the following week we hear back and take the vehicle back for repair, we receive a phone call when the vehicle is ready for collection. The payment method Is mentioned only upon completion of the repair only, he refused to allow payment with credit card and stated that VAT of 20% would need to be added if this was the case meaning the total would be on average £240 for a 'simple' boot lock repair. After refusing this due to a previous agreed payment total we arrive to collect and pay. Coincidentally he had to 'run an errand' and beleive it or not VAT was already included in the receipt at 20% with a total of £195. So clearly trying his hardest to scam people before Christmas. Will NOT be returning!!! 🤨

Absolute top service from both gents! After been sent from pillar to post over an electrical fault with my battery these gents helped diagnose the problem and fix it. Back again soon to sort out other bits and pieces! Thank you!
