My Tesla unexpectedly had an issue with something falling off underneath and we didn’t think it safe to drive for a long journey we had planned. Even though not current customers, Steve was kind enough to get us in immediately to evaluate the situation and get us up and running again and did an excellent job of mending our car. Steve does what he says always calls you back when he says he will....car was ready on the day they said. This is twice now they have had my car in and fixed with short notice really helped us out at a difficult time and provided a courtesy car!
