Absolutely terrible experience here. I was failed an MOT test and told that the wipers were not clearing the windscreen warranting new ones . When my partner went to have a look they literally needed a wipe with a tissue . Was also told I need new breaks however when I took it to halford for a second opinion they said it was fine. They basically tried to make me spend as much money as possible. Sent an email to the manager and still haven’t had a courtesy call back over 3 weeks later. avoid at all costs as they are not trustworthy .

Firstly double booked my mot so had to take back. Van passed mot and thought nothing of it. Only to notice my van had been damaged where it had been up and down on a ramp as vertical deep scratches. Said had cameras and definitely not happened there. Took up with head office to be told cameras don’t cover that area!!!!! What a surprise. Shocking service beware! Cowboys.

My repair was a bit more expensive than I expected but they also found an issue we were not aware of that was dangerous. They were really quick, really friendly, knowledgeable and to be honest they fixed my car when others passed up the work as too difficult. Graham is knowledgeable and very very helpful. Will come again.

100 % positive experience ! Any problems they find it and fix it .. great communication and quick turn around on jobs. They have fitted me in last minute as I work away a lot , I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else :)
