Booked via Blackcircles to have a tyre fitted at specific time. Arrived to be told they didn’t have capacity for someone to fit tyre and they had told Blackcircles this. Yet they apparently had no phone number for Blackcircles! Refused to give me tyre I had paid for and refused to fit. Blackcircles confirmed the garage had accepted the job for the allotted time, clearly taking on work they don’t have the time to do, and then letting people down. Do not recommend.

Bought a van from this garage. Took it for a test drive and found faults, said they would fix them so I put a deposit down. Came back for van on the understanding things had changed. Took the van away and found more things wrong with it. Contacted the garage to be sent numerous cheeky messages and being told "sold as seen" over and over again. Would never ever use again. Seem like nice guys face to face. Lesson learned

Van had an oil leak the guys found the problem and dealt with it. They were patient and kind when I was asking for advise for which they were a great help. I will use this garage in the future.

Mot failed. They Wrote the same thing twice on the mot sheet. Never gave me a quote on how much it would be to fix (even after asking). Wont be going again. No help at all and over priced for an mot after researching other companies.
