M B5 StarVery helpful man. Rang a load of garages in my area. Point blank no availability for weeks. Rang out of my area and found Ian. Very helpful with advice even prior to booking a repair. Went above and beyond sourcing parts. Collected repaired car same day, even though garage was still busy with repairs late on a Friday when I arrived to collect. Saved me having to get an expensive hire car for work. Repaired just what needed to be repaired, saving me a lot of money. Other garages told me I needed a whole clutch replacement that they’ll need to order without seeing the car. Couldn’t recommend enough. Also lady who rang me with update was very kind and helpful.
