We took our car in for a front hub wheel replacement and ended up losing the car. The car was left idle for so long in that the engine seized. It took from September to January to resolve, scrap and reclaim some scrap value from the car. At no point did they ring to update us to what was going on I had to ring everytime. It is beyond reasonable to take this long to resolve this dispute but I cannot recommend any more to not use this garage.

I went into this place asking for a quote to fix my dented car. I was greeted with a grunt by the guy at the reception, who then answered his phone while I was talking to him without a word to me, which I found very ignorant. He then walked away whilst on the phone and left me standing near the reception. I gave it nearly 10 minutes and he hadn't come back, so I've been left very disappointed. All in all, rude and unhelpful staff, terrible service (if you can even call it that). Won't be trying again.
