Absolutely disgusting service. Car brought in by the RAC for a new caliper and quoted us £280! When my partner said she would collect the car because she knows we can get the work done cheaper the guy shouted at her and swore at her down the phone and told her that the garage would be closed at 17:30 whether she was there for her car or not! Luckily the RAC guy waited with the car because they shut early! The RAC are also reporting the garage for the way he spoke to her. Absolutely disgusting and would NOT recommend

Been here a few times and on every occasion the service and workmanship has been superb. Great set of lads who are courteous , pleasant and helpful. This is important to me as an elderly lady on my own. I won’t be going anywhere else .

Avoid this place. Tried to charge over £700 for a failed MOT. A few tyres and some bushes. Car is only 5 year old with less than 30k on and has done 5k since last MOT and passed that with no advisories. I would stay clear.

This company have quotes for unnecessary work and overcharged for work that they did. They have caused thousands of pounds of damage to my car and refused to repair it. The only reason I have given them 1 star is that they couldn’t get minuses.

Been using this company for years, however on 19/9/2022 I had two new rear tyres fitted to my BMW which have deflated on 3 separate occasions due to poor sealing at the rim and tyres had been gouged at the rim during fitment (picture) also a tyre pressure sensor had been broken and poorly "taped" up (picture), NEAS refusing to fix and claims they are now "out of warranty". Tony is now ignoring my emails - cheers NEAS wont be using them again.
