Isabel Jane Cummings5 StarBroke a coil spring on my campervan and my regular Fiat workshop couldn't book my 'van in. As I'm going away soon and this is my only vehicle, I HAD to get it fixed sharpish. Southlands was recommended to me by two people so I rang them up. I was instructed to bring my 'van in, the next morning. By 5 pm, same day, a new coil spring was fitted and my 'van was ready to go.
How refreshing to find good old fashioned service is still available. All staff were pleasant, welcoming and very reassuring. I was given a coffee, soon after arriving.
Thank you soooo much, to all involved, for getting my precious campervan, back on the road so soon!🤓Wednesday 8th May 2024
Steve5 StarI have been around the block a few times, never have I ever used a garage with such a dedicated, supportive and professional team.
I have recently put in 2 cars and a Motorhome for servicing and MOTs, each had their own niggles and problems. Paul and team are fantastic, nothing is too much for them and always with a warm welcome and smile. To say they go that extra mile doesn't really describe it, they do not stop until your vehicle is repaired and back on the road.
All this whilst charging sensible prices whilst the remainder of the world continues to take our eyes out.

NugsBusters1 StarDO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE! They sell you a vehicle with a full dodgy MOT. The MOT will have advisories on it, but when you come to MOT it the next year it's literally scrap! I was conned with a guy telling me that the car was an absolute belta, gave me a full MOT when I picked it up and it had a list of advisories on it but was too late as I'd paid for it. They tell you that they'll put it through its MOT once you've paid for it so you can't even back out of the deal. Absolute con. Stay well away from this garage. They said they'd do a minor fixing on the car, when I went to collect it after I'd paid over the phone, went to pick it up. The work hadn't been done and they made on that that conversation had never happened. We're all smiles when they said they'd fix it the next day they spoke to me as if I was crazy for even bringing up the work they so conveniently didnt do. Absolute disgrace. Be warned!

I wouldn't trust the fake 5 star reviews either.
They take your money and and couldn't care less about the fact they've just conned you....absolutely broke me this. Took my last bit of money I'd saved up just to con me into buying a heap of junk. Absolute criminals they are!!!!Monday 19th February 2024

Charge prices for things they haven't done!
They said they changed headlight bulb and they never but yet charged for it?
They add job without asking for it, then all of a sudden you still have to pay for something you haven't asked for. Felt really ripped off!
They park car in a random car park so I couldn't check it before I paid, which I believe they have on purpose!

Matthew Libby5 StarI use the garrage for all my vehicles (cars vans bikes) they are always busy but manage to fit me in at short notice as I work up nort during the week, and its normally a weekend if I have to go in.
